These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the B2B SaaS Referral Program ("Program") offered by Xoxoday. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You may not participate in the Program if you disagree with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Kelayakan:
- The Program is open to existing customers of Xoxoday who are businesses and have an active subscription to Xoxoday's SaaS products or anyone who refers Xoxoday to an individual they know ("Referring Customers").
- Referring Customers must be in good standing with Xoxoday and comply with all terms and conditions of their subscription agreement
2. Proses Rujukan:
- Referring Customers may refer other businesses ("Referred Customers") to Xoxoday's SaaS product by submitting the referral through the designated referral portal or another specified method.
- The referral must include accurate and complete information about the Referred Customer, including their name, company name, contact information, and any additional details requested by Xoxoday.
- Referring Customers are responsible for obtaining the consent of Referred Customers to provide their information to Xoxoday for the purpose of the Program.
- The qualification of a lead is dependent on factors internally at Xoxoday and will not be disclosed.
3. Manfaat Program:
- If a Referred Customer subscribes to Xoxoday's SaaS product within a specified time period from the referral submission, the Referring Customer will be eligible to receive program benefits, as determined by Xoxoday.
- Program benefits may include, but are not limited to, discounts on SaaS fees, credits in recharge value, upgrades, commission payout or other incentives, subject to the discretion of Xoxoday of up to $10,000 or as specified in the program. (Value of rewards will be based on size of the organization and other parameters decided by Xoxoday)
- The benefits in case the lead is qualified, subject to the discretion of Xoxoday, of up to $500 per verified lead which is based on factors internally to Xoxoday.
- Manfaat yang berlaku tidak boleh melebihi total nilai SaaS untuk tahun tersebut. Jika hal itu terjadi, manfaat rujukan untuk pemberi rujukan akan dikurangi sesuai dengan jumlah yang lebih rendah. Nilai yang sama juga akan dikurangi untuk perujuk.
- The specific program benefits and eligibility criteria will be communicated by Xoxoday to the Referring Customer upon successful referral conversion.
4. Keterbatasan Program:
- Nasabah yang mereferensikan tidak boleh mereferensikan diri mereka sendiri atau membuat beberapa akun untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari Program ini.
- Referred Customers must meet any additional eligibility criteria specified by Xoxoday.
- Referred Customers need not maintain an active subscription to the Company's SaaS products.
5. Modifikasi dan Penghentian Program:
- Xoxoday reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
- Any modifications to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms and Conditions on Xoxoday's website or other communication channels.
- Jika terjadi penghentian Program, Nasabah yang mereferensikan tidak akan memenuhi syarat untuk mendapatkan manfaat program yang belum atau akan diterima di masa mendatang.
6. Ketentuan Umum:
- Participation in the Program is voluntary, and Xoxoday does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
- Referring Customers shall not make false or misleading statements about Xoxoday's SaaS product or engage in unethical practices to refer customers.
- Nasabah yang mereferensikan harus mematuhi semua hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku sehubungan dengan Program.
- Xoxoday may, at its discretion, investigate and disqualify any referrals that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Syarat dan Ketentuan ini diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan hukum Karnataka. Setiap perselisihan yang timbul berdasarkan atau sehubungan dengan Perjanjian ini akan tunduk pada yurisdiksi eksklusif pengadilan Karnataka.
Dengan berpartisipasi dalam Program ini, Anda mengakui bahwa Anda telah membaca, memahami, dan setuju untuk mematuhi Syarat dan Ketentuan ini.
